How do I get started?

Create an account, confirm your email, and set up your business workspace. Your 14-day trial starts when the workspace is created. Add a lead or share your booking link, then prepare an estimate or plan a visit.

What does the $49 plan include?

$49 USD per month includes unlimited users, booking requests, leads, estimates and approvals, invoices, scheduling and assignment, work tracking, customer and address history, manual message sharing, and email team invitations. Unlimited refers to users.

Do customers need to install an app?

No. Booking requests, estimate approval, and invoice links open in a browser.

Does Astalada send customer messages automatically?

No. Review a prepared reminder or on-my-way message, then send it yourself in WhatsApp or Messages. Opening the messaging app does not confirm delivery. Changing visit status is a separate action.

How do the trial and cancellation work?
