Customer Communications

Astalada lets users review prepared messages and open WhatsApp or their device’s messaging app. The user sends the message in that app. Astalada records when the messaging app was opened, not confirmed delivery.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have obtained any required consent before communicating with their customers.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate Astalada, including:

• Supabase for authentication and database services.
• Vercel for hosting our website and application.
• FormSubmit for delivery of website enquiries to Astalada support. Live enquiry forms process your name, email, optional business name, and message.
• Payment providers, such as Paddle, for secure subscription payment processing when applicable.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information stored within Astalada from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
